Payroll Officer Required In Kuwait City Having Experience We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to manage and process payroll operations efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of payroll systems and labor regulations in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities include Process employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and allowances accurately and on time. Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies. Handle payroll-related queries from employees promptly.
Requirements include Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in payroll management. having Familiarity with Kuwait labor laws and payroll systems. Skill includes Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software. with Transferable visa is mandatory. Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
