Highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT solution sales, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology needs across sectors.

Location: Kuwait
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Industry: Information Technology / Cybersecurity / Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

        1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
        2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and government sectors
  1. Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and technology partners
  3. Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and participate in tenders
  4. Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to align solutions with client needs
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to management

         Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or a related field
  2. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC region
  3. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation solutions
  4. Proven ability to manage key accounts and close complex deals
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic is a must)
  6. Valid Kuwait residency or transferable visa
