Highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT solution sales, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology needs across sectors.
Location: Kuwait
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Industry: Information Technology / Cybersecurity / Digital Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and government sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and technology partners
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and participate in tenders
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to align solutions with client needs
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to management
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC region
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation solutions
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and close complex deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic is a must)
- Valid Kuwait residency or transferable visa
