Delivery Supervisor Required In Ardhiya With 3-5 Years Experience. We need result- oriented Delivery Supervisor to join our growing delivery team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure timely deliveries. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of delivery drivers Maintain high performance and safety standards. Plan efficient routes, reducing delivery times and fuel costs. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports. Act as the first point of contact for drivers. Requirements: 3–5 years of supervisory experience within the delivery sector in Kuwait. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with delivery management systems. Must be transferable Article 18 residency.
