PHP Laravel Developer Required In Sharq Having Experience. We’re looking for a PHP Laravel Developer to join our growing development team. You should have a basic understanding of PHP and the Laravel framework, be comfortable writing clean and maintainable code, and be eager to learn from senior developers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about web development and ready to take their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities Assist in building and maintaining Laravel-based applications. Develop and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external use. Work with MySQL databases: write queries, create tables, manage relationships, and optimize performance. Implement middleware for request handling, authentication, and logging. Contribute to scheduled tasks using Laravel’s task scheduler (cron jobs, queue workers).

Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices. Work closely with front-end developers to integrate Blade templates and REST APIs. Assist in debugging, testing, and improving application performance. Stay updated with the latest Laravel features and PHP improvements.

Required Skills Solid foundation in PHP and OOP principles. Working knowledge of Laravel basics: routing, controllers, Eloquent ORM, migrations. Experience with MySQL: creating tables, indexes, and writing raw queries. Understanding of REST API concepts and ability to work with JSON. Basic usage of middleware for handling HTTP request logic. Familiarity with Laravel’s task scheduling and artisan commands. HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge. Version control using Git/GitHub.

Preferred/Bonus Skills Knowledge of Laravel tools like Tinker, Telescope, Horizon. Basic understanding of queues, jobs, and background tasks. Experience with API testing tools like Postman. Familiarity with authentication (Sanctum or Passport). Awareness of security best practices (XSS, CSRF, SQL injection). Comfortable working in a Linux development environment.

Soft Skills Strong desire to learn and improve. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
