Executive Secretary Required In Farwaniya Having Experience. We are a leading MEP contracting company seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the executive management and ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities include Manage executive schedules, meetings, and correspondence. Prepare and translate documents in both English and Arabic. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation. Draft letters, emails, and reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Assist in coordinating project-related documentation and administrative tasks.
Requirements include Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MEP or construction-related company. Fluent in both English and Arabic (reading and writing). Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
